Luckily, I got some free time in this busy schedule, Immediately I planned for “100% Love”. There is no doubt; it is a beautiful love story.

At the beginning itself, it is very innovative. The titles display in Q & A form is really a great ides.

Naga Chaitanya aptly suits the role of a brilliant student. His body language and expressionless looks further elevate the character. I was surprised with his maturity in acting. Surely 100% movie establishes Naga Chaitanya as a romantic hero, but he needs to foster his dancing skills, His performance is very poor in dancing.

I was impressed with Tamanna performance and she aptly fits the role of both a village girl and later as a corporate chick. Really I enjoyed her role as a fan of chicken.

The music is extra-ordinary, Devisri has proved, what he is. Oke parikshai raasina, Oke jawabai saagina song is really good. Diyalo Diyala song is also very good with mass beat and funny lyrics.

Really 100% Love is a very good movie

1. Who is Anna Hazare?

An ex-army man. Fought 1965 Indo-Pak War

2. What’s so special about him?

He built a village Ralegaon Siddhi in Ahamad Nagar district, Maharashtra

3. So what?

This village is a self-sustained model village. Energy is produced in the village itself from solar power, biofuel and wind mills. In 1975, it used to be a poverty clad village. Now it is one of the richest village in India. It has become a model for self-sustained, eco-friendly & harmonic village.

4. Ok,…?

Anna Hazare was awarded Padma Bhushan and is a known figure for his social activities.

5. Really, what is he fighting for?

He is supporting a cause, the amendment of a law to curb corruption in India.

6. How that can be possible?

He is advocating for a Bil, The Lok Pal Bill (The Citizen Ombudsman Bill), that will form an autonomous authority who will make politicians (ministers), beurocrats (IAS/IPS) accountable for their deeds.

7. It’s an entirely new thing right..?

In 1972, the bill was proposed by the Law minister Mr. Shanti Bhushan. Since then it has been neglected by the politicians and some are trying to change the bill to suit thier theft (corruption).

Oh.. He is going on a hunger strike for that whole thing of passing a Bill ! How can that be possible in such a short span of time? The first thing he is asking for is: the government should come forward and announce that the bill is going to be passed. Next, they make a joint committee to DRAFT the LOK PAL BILL. 50% goverment participation and 50% public participation. Because you cant trust the government entirely for making such a bill which does not suit them.

8. Fine, What will happen when this bill is passed?

A LokPal will be appointed at the centre. He will have an autonomous charge, say like the Election Commission of India. In each and every state, Lokayukta will be appointed. The job is to bring all alleged party to trial in case of corruptions within 1 year. Within 2 years, the guilty will be punished. Not like, Bofors scam or Bhopal Gas Tragedy case, that has been going for last 25 years without any result.

9. Is he alone? Whoelse is there in the fight with Anna Hazare?

Baba Ramdev, Ex. IPS Kiran Bedi, Social Activist Swami Agnivesh, RTI activist Arvind Kejriwal and many more. Prominent personalities like Aamir Khan is supporting his cause.

10. Ok, got it. What can I do?

At least we can spread the message. How? Putting status message, links, video, changing profile pics.   At least we can support Anna Hazare and the cause for uprooting corruption from India.  At least we can hope that his Hunger Strike does not go in vain. At least we can pray for his good health.

But this coin was perhaps all that the poor woman possessed. She gave me all she had.That was very generous of her. What a great sacrifice she made. That is why I value this copper coin more than a crore of rupees.”

Friends and relatives complaint that I do not call them for a long time. In my view cell phone is meant for only important things to be communicated. Nowadays free calling offers / one paisa per second offers make this technology as an irritating thing.

I have a cell phone along with the rest of the free world and while most have come to love, rely and enjoy their particular piece of technology; I have come to absolutely despise it. I hate that I am always in contact and communication with everyone all the time. I hate that people assume if I have a cell phone, I am available every second of the day.

If switch off the mobile, when I am on leisure, every body blames that I am escaping.
I hate cell phones………………

Question: Could you give an example, from your own experience, of how leaders should manage failure?

Kalam: Let me tell you about my experience. In 1973 I became the project director of India ’s satellite launch vehicle program, commonly called the SLV-3. Our goal was to put India ’s “Rohini” satellite into orbit by 1980. I was given funds and human resources — but was told clearly that by 1980 we had to launch the satellite into space. Thousands of people worked together in scientific and technical teams towards that goal.

By 1979 — I think the month was August — we thought we were ready. As the project director, I went to the control center for the launch. At four minutes before the satellite launch, the computer began to go through the checklist of items that needed to be checked. One minute later, the computer program put the launch on hold; the display showed that some control components were not in order. My experts — I had four or five of them with me — told me not to worry; they had done their calculations and there was enough reserve fuel. So I bypassed the computer, switched to manual mode, and launched the rocket. In the first stage, everything worked fine. In the second stage, a problem developed. Instead of the satellite going into orbit, the whole rocket system plunged into the Bay of Bengal . It was a big failure.

That day, the chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization, Prof. Satish Dhawan, had called a press conference. The launch was at 7:00 am, and the press conference — where journalists from around the world were present — was at 7:45 am at ISRO’s satellite launch range in Sriharikota [in Andhra Pradesh in southern India ]. Prof. Dhawan, the leader of the organization, conducted the press conference himself. He took responsibility for the failure — he said that the team had worked very hard, but that it needed more technological support. He assured the media that in another year, the team would definitely succeed. Now, I was the project director, and it was my failure, but instead, he took responsibility for the failure as chairman of the organization.

The next year, in July 1980, we tried again to launch the satellite — and this time we succeeded. The whole nation was jubilant. Again, there was a press conference. Prof. Dhawan called me aside and told me, “You conduct the press conference today.”

I learned a very important lesson that day. When failure occurred, the leader of the organization owned that failure. When success came, he gave it to his team. The best management lesson I have learned did not come to me from reading a book; it came from that experience.

But nowadays i could not spend good time with watching movies, as I am too busy with my work.

Recently I went to Kakinada on business work, and I got an opportunity to watch a movie, as I completed my work by lunch time.

I’d planned for ” Betting Bangarraju”, Allari Naresh’s comedy movie, but i could not get tickets.

“PRINCE” is being played at the nearer theater in Telugu version. I watched the movie, as there was no other choice for me.

I do not have any idea on that movie. Even, I don’t know the hero name till that time.

The beginning itself, it is extra-ordinary.

Awesome movie with dangerous stunts. The stunts in movie are excellent. The movie villain Sarang has done wonderful job in the movie & he is very good looking man, Vivek was also good but movie villain (sarang) & stunts was super & outstanding in movie.

Hats-off to the director for wonderful romantic shots and mind blowing stunts. It is the best action movie of bollywood have ever come & villain (sarang) also.
